Year 6 Christmas Fayre
Mon 20 Dec 2021Year 6 hosted a very successful Christmas Fayre today, raising money for our School Parliament, who will decide how to spend it for the benefit of all the children in school.
They sold pretty salt dough decorations, showed their artistic skills in face painting, to name but a few of the stalls on show. The candy floss stall was a hit, as was the notebook stall. Customers also queued for second-hand books and toys.
It was a very festive day! Well done to all the children, teachers and support staff in year 6!

We hope our parents/carers enjoyed watching the Nativity performance, and we thank you for being so patient with the measures that we had in place due to COVID-19.

Eco Day!
Thu 02 Dec 2021Today was our first Eco Day, with a focus on climate change and food. Each year group explored a big question, created artwork and made a meat free dish, plus some year groups took part in Now Press Play sessions on climate change or wrote persuasive letters to our school Catering Team to make more meat free dishes.
The children were very excited, it was such a fun day of learning!
