  • Forest School has Started!

    Tue 14 Sep 2021

Our Forest School sessions have started and we are currently booked up for course one. Forest School is a child-centred inspirational learning process, that offers opportunities for holistic growth through regular sessions. It is a long term programme that supports play, exploration and supported risk-taking. It develops confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting.

If you are interested in signing up for course two please call the school office and a member of staff will be happy to book you in.

  • Assembly in KS2

    Tue 14 Sep 2021

Every Tuesday the pupils in years 3 to 6 attend a teacher led assembly, based on a central theme. This week, Mr Kundu led the assembly which celebrated the works of world famous author, Roald Dahl. Dahl wrote books such as 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', 'The Witches', 'The Twits', to name but a few. Pupils shared their favourite Roald Dahl books and gave reasons for their choices.

  • Stay and Play Sessions are Running Again

    Fri 10 Sep 2021

Have you got a child who is 18 months and over but has not yet started school nursery? Why not come along to our Stay and Play sessions which take place every Tuesday and Friday. We have two sessions, am session: 9.30-10.30 and pm session 1.15-2.15. This is a great opportunity for children to develop their communication skills, social skills and build their self-esteem and confidence within an early years setting, allowing for a better transition when they reach the nursery age of 3.

We hope all of our families had an enjoyable summer break!

Today, the children had a wonderful first day at school. It was lovely to see everyone's smiling faces! For lunch today, the children enjoyed our Week 1 menu, and our new salad cart was in high demand! Take a look at our photographs below.
