Are you worried about something that has happened online? |
Sometimes things happen online that make us feel worried, scared or upset. Whatever has happened, it's not your fault. The best thing to do is to tell an adult you trust what has happened and how you are feeling, so that they can help you.
Think of an adult you trust. It could be:
- Your mum, dad or carer, or another family member.
- A teacher or another adult at school.
- Another grown up who looks after you.
If you still feel you need help after speaking to someone, don't give up! Speak to another trusted adult. You can use some options below to help you:

If you need more help because of something that has happened online or in 'the real world', like if someone has tried to make you do something you don't want to do, or said something bad will happen if you don't do what they say, you can report this to CEOP by clicking the button below. An adult at school can help you to do this. |
