What is safeguarding and child protection? |
Child protection is about keeping children and young people safe from physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. Keeping children and young people safe is everyone's responsibility, we work together to safeguard children and young people from child abuse, extremism of any kind and harm caused by domestic violence.
Our Policy |
The Safeguarding of our School Community is of the utmost importance. Please read our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy which can be found under our school policies here.
Our policy is updated each year in line with the Department for Education's statutory guidance "Keeping Children Safe in Education". (Translations of KCSIE are available in multiple languages, including Arabic, Bengali, Gujarati, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Spanish, Urdu).
