Today the children engaged in learning about VE Day, exploring its significance and the reasons why we celebrate this important day in our history. To further enhance their understanding, the pupils participated in a variety of creative activities including crafts and baking. These activities allowed them to express their creativity while reflecting on the themes of resilience and unity. In the afternoon, the entire school came together for a delightful afternoon tea party, where students shared their creations and enjoyed the company of their peers. This event not only celebrated VE Day but also fostered a sense of community within our school.
