Year 2 students took part in an educational visit to Valentine’s Park as part of their science curriculum focused on trees and plants. During the trip, the children explored the park’s natural environment, identifying a variety of common trees and plants. They examined different parts of plants, such as leaves, stems, and roots, and discussed their functions. The visit provided a hands-on opportunity to observe seasonal changes and understand how plants grow and survive in their habitats.
