SJH gains Thinking School Accreditation from the University of Exeter
Fri 24 Oct 2025We are delighted to announce that Sir John Heron Primary School has been awarded Thinking School status by the University of Exeter!
Since beginning our journey in the summer of 2023, we have worked hard to create a culture where ‘thinking serves as a golden thread throughout daily school life.’ This achievement reflects the dedication of our pupils, staff, parents, and governors, all of whom have embraced the Thinking School approach.
We are very proud of this recognition and look forward to continuing to develop and embed our work on thinking skills and tools across the school.
