NEW ROAD SAFETY RULES!

The government has updated the road safety code. These rules are extremely important as they will protect you at all costs. These rules haven’t been changed for 40 years! Firstly, drivers in larger cars must realise they can cause bigger damage for smaller cars, bikers and pedestrians. It also mentions drivers should wait for pedestrians to cross the road if they are there. There are many more updates to adjust and improve road safety. 

NEW PENNY PRODUCTION!

More than 88 million 1p coins were made by the Royal Mint company last year. In 2018 and 2019 they didn't produce any coins as it was lockdown and many people didn't use their coins. The Royal Mint also made some more to give out to shops.

A MAMMOTH COMEBACK!

A company has been raising money for a while and has collected £11 million to bring back the Woolly Mammoth. This company's name is the Genetic Science company. Their goal is to create an elephant-mammoth hybrid.

The company has big plans to produce a lab based mammoth by transplanting the DNA. They are hoping that the experiment works!
