Reception Make Pancakes with Chef Gavin
Thu 28 Apr 2022We've had a very exciting afternoon in Reception today, as we were busy making delicious pancake with chef Gavin. We ate our pancakes with a drizzle of honey and slices of banana. They tasted absolutely scrumptious! Swipe right to see how they turned out.

NSPCC - Thank You!
Wed 27 Apr 2022Thank you to everyone who donated on NSPCC Number Day to raise money for the NSPCC earlier this year! We raised £233 for the charity.

Geography Parent/carer Workshop in Year 6
Thu 21 Apr 2022Parents/carers joined year 6 pupils today in a creative Geography session, where they had to showcase their knowledge of rivers. They used specific geographical vocabulary such as riverbank, meander, flow, mouth, etc to describe the models they created using a range of resources.
After the session, some parents/carers said:
"It's a really creative activity. It's a big source of learning.""Very interactive way of learning. Children are really able to put their imagination to use."
"It was a really fun session, I really enjoyed it. I did not attend a session like this before. Thank you for inviting us."
"Great opportunity to work as a team."

Final Easter Fun Zone Day 4!
Thu 07 Apr 2022We have had a briliiant last day of our HAF Easter provision. The children have enjoyed our Easter disco, Easter treasure hunt and Easter crafts. We have also been cooking up a feast with our healthy pizza burritos that we made from scratch. Finally our talented staff got creative and did some face painting for the children too! What a great week we have had.

Easter Fun Zone Day 3!
Wed 06 Apr 2022What a day we have had today! Our friends at Newham Music came in to school and delivered some fantastic samba workshops with our children which they all really enjoyed. Another friend of the school, Professional Chef Gavin Gordon gave up his time to show the children how to make some very tasty chocolate treats... just in time for the arrival of the Easter bunny!
Finally we were very active playing lots of team games with our friends. Our tasty lunch today was made by our wonderful school catering team - it was delicious!
